Sichuan Ruigong Heavy Hydraulic Parts Factory is a new type of joint-stock enterprise established by Luzhou Changjiang Hydraulic Manufacturing Co., Ltd. in September 2003 after relocation in Xindu District, Chengdu City. The factory is located in Xindu District, the northern suburbs of Chengdu, with convenient transportation and beautiful scenery. There are famous Baoguang Temple and Sheng'an Guihu in the city.

The factory currently has 42 employees; The factory currently has over 60 sets of various processing equipment. The main equipment is a turning and boring machine (with functions such as turning, drilling, boring, and nesting, with a maximum turning diameter of 2.2 meters and a maximum length of 30 meters, and a maximum inner hole diameter of 2 meters and a maximum length of 2.5 meters for nesting); One CNC gantry milling machine (with a processing range of 2.5 meters in width and 12 meters in length); One 1.6-meter CNC lathe (machining range: maximum outer diameter of 1.6 meters, length of 16 meters, load-bearing capacity of 32T); 2 inner hole honing machines (including 1 machine, with a maximum inner hole diameter of 1.5 meters and a processing length of 20 meters); One 15 meter deep hole drilling and boring machine (with the function of drilling, boring, and nesting as one, with a maximum diameter of 1.2 meters for drilling and boring holes and a processing length of 15 meters); 1 3-meter cylindrical grinder, 2 CW61100 lathes (with a processing length of 12 meters), and 3 CW611600 lathes with a processing diameter of 1.6 meters and a length of 16 meters,; 1 CW612200 lathe, with a processing diameter of 2.2m and a length of 27 meters, 1 digital boring machine, and 1 T6230 floor boring machine; These devices provide strong guarantees for improving product quality and expanding scope.
Our factory has strong design and manufacturing capabilities in products ranging from small to large, from simple to complex, from single-stage cylinders to multi-stage cylinders, from servos to actuators, from standard cylinders to special cylinders. In addition, our factory also undertakes the design and manufacturing of various heavy machinery.
The diameter of the hydraulic cylinder produced by our factory varies from Φ 30mm to Φ 2000mm, with a maximum working stroke of up to 20 meters and a maximum working pressure of up to 100Mpa. Our factory can adjust long shafts, pull rods, and cylinder bodies from Φ 30- Φ Honing of 2000 inner holes and outer circles.
Our products can be manufactured according to international standards, as well as British standards and user requirements.
